Banned account

My account was banned today on 8 December because someone download a mod menu on my phone ea please can you unbanned my account 😭😭🙏🙏I respect ea to much I love it and it's in my heart I spend all my energy,time and battery all day and night please I need it because I am still young and it is my first time reaching 111 ovri wish this report get to your hearts my fc mobile account is kat and my team is real Madrid

Hello. We're not able to help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. You'll need to submit a dispute so that ToS can investigate the ban to see if it can be overturned or not. Instructions for that can be found here. Thank you.

EA_Bia my fc mobile account has been banned for hours but it seems like an error because it is not showing how long it is suspended for. Forums ea do you guys have a solution or could you guys tell how i could talk to ea to solve the solution
