Different country problem at ea store coda

I can login with my account to ea webstore fc mobile. 
but I cant ny anything. Every time fail. I use everything in Hungary And my options set everywhere Hungary. I made my profile in Hungary. So I dont know what can I do.  Please help me , I want a buy Pack on webstore

    Hi PDani0308​ . Could you please try loading the page in a new incognito/private tab, or on a different device? Also, double-check that you’re signed in with the correct EA account. Maybe thats just the wrong profile. 

    Please make sure you’re not using a VPN. If you’re still having issues, use the Contact Us option so the web store team can review your account.

    @EAHelp This is ridiculous. Is STILL bugged and locked to Namibia (NA) despite me living in Hungary. My settings clearly show Hungary, yet your Web Store is broken.

    Support just LAZILY closed my case #237138118 without providing ANY fix. I am tired of being ignored. Fix this database synchronization error IMMEDIATELY and escalate this to someone who actually knows how to do their job! #FCMobile #EAHelp #BadService

  • I am reopening this for the LAST time before I take this to public forums. My case #237138118 was closed without a solution, which is absolutely scandalous. My EA Account is currently unusable because your system is stuck on Namibia (NA), while I have NEVER left Hungary. I have already tried every 'self-fix' possible, including region resets and password changes. It didn't work because the error is on YOUR server. I demand an immediate escalation to a Senior Technician who can manually sync my Marketplace Region to Hungary. Stop wasting my time with template answers and FIX this database mismatch NOW!

    Sorry to hear that, but I'm afraid that the EA Account region can’t be changed after registration—it’s set by the location where the account was created and isn’t editable later. We cannot change it for you.
