I did what u said talked to an agent about my account getting suspended and he said they will send an email where I can contact help center but it hasn't been sent and Ive tried another couple of times but nothing happend please look into this I cannot afford to loose my fc account

My fc mobile account got suspended for no reason. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." No specific time or days are mentioned. . I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended
