My account banned today I don't cheat or break any rules please give me my account back unbanned it please

I did what u said talked to an agent about my account getting suspended and he said they will send an email where I can contact help center but it hasn't been sent and Ive tried another couple of times but nothing happend please look into this I cannot afford to loose my fc account
