unfortunately, we can't help with bans here in the forum. Please create an appeal through Support, so they can forward it to get checked.
I just want, if you can please inform the Tos team about this issue because 500+ accounts have been affected by this bug and not all can appeal easily so a fix would be better for all affected.
As you can see in the technical issues forum day by day many reports reporting the same issue have arisen so please help the community.
I know you guys cannot do anything with the bann but I know you can forward it to the staff.
