Bug Report Hero Quests Greetings Stuck

Question

I am experiencing a bug in the Hero Quests mission Greetings, which has been stuck at 6 out of 20 despite my consistent activity in the game.

I have logged in for 12 days this month without missing a day. I have also played Skill Games and Matches in Hero Chronicles 47 times this month, which means I should have completed the requirement for at least 12 days.

However, my progress in the Greetings mission has not updated accordingly. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide a solution.

Have you claimed the daily rewards, it has shifted to a new location in activities on the main screen (under your name/icon - top left corner) and it's under the calendar icon. Logging in isn't enough you actually have to claim the daily reward.
If you have done, that clear you cache or reinstall the game (make sure you link your profile 1st)

Yes, I know that the daily rewards have moved to the Activities section on the main screen under the calendar icon. I always complete and claim them every day. I've also reinstalled FC Mobile multiple times on my iOS device, but the issue still persists.

Then it's weird, EA needs to look at it. What's your actual device (iPhone or iPad model) and iOS version that you are using?

Yes, I hope so because this issue is preventing me from reaching the final reward in Hero Quests. I'm using iOS 16.7.10.
