I'm sorry, I wouldn't know that. Noone on this forum would be able to help with bans or look into them for you. You'll need to reach out to EA's Terms of Service team. Use the steps in the guide below to fill out the webform to send in an appeal to them if you feel the ban is a mistake:

yeah - that's not a bug - that's a ban ... you need to go to ea help and follow the instructions to find out about why you have been banned and how you can appeal it

How many days will it take to respond that I sent an email?

The TOS team handles each appeal on a case-by-case basis; some take longer than others as a result. It may take some time.
If a few days pass, though, without an email from the address: noreply@ea.com, please get in touch with the support team through EA Help. The support team will take a look at the case for you from there.
