How many days will it take to respond that I sent an email?

The TOS team handles each appeal on a case-by-case basis; some take longer than others as a result. It may take some time.
If a few days pass, though, without an email from the address: noreply@ea.com, please get in touch with the support team through EA Help. The support team will take a look at the case for you from there.
