Can't gain any energy token.

When I go in the heroes chronicles event it says that I already completed the first skill game on the energy track even though I didn't play it. And since I didn't play it, I can't continue on the track, I cannot open the heroes pack next to it. It just shows that the first skill game has been completed but I cannot claim the hero pack next to it.
