Can't link EA account due to birthday discrepancy

Hello, I’m trying to link my EA account to EA Sports FC Mobile, but I keep getting an error saying my date of birth doesn’t match.

I don’t remember what date of birth I entered when I first created the game account.

Could you please help me verify or fix the date of birth mismatch so I can link my account?

    If the birth date on the EA or FC Mobile account isn't accurate, you'll need to contact our live support team with your User ID to adjust those account details, as we don't have the necessary tools to make account-related changes here on the forums. 

    Once you connect with live support and get those details adjusted, the linking should proceed smoothly from there. Let us know how it goes, thanks!
