Can't make purchases in the Webstore
Then what, with my EA account which is connected to the FC Mobile game, suddenly it is not linked even though it is still linked in the game, so I cannot make purchases on the EA webstore
Hey ucj9x5vzrf8y. Are you sure you’re not using a different EA account in the webstore than in the game? This happens quite often, so just in case, please try signing in with your other email addresses as well. If you need further help, you can contact the team through the in-game Customer Support tab so they can review your profile.
