EA account suddenly not linked to old game account
Why did my EA account arrive" not linked in the old game account, while in the game it is still linked, so I can't make purchases via the webstore, please explain

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. This usually happens when players sign in to the webstore with a different account than the one linked in the game. Please open the webstore in a new incognito/private tab and double-check your login details. You can also try signing in with a different email address to see if that helps.
I've tried, but it always fails, even though I've tried via Facebook or Line, I still can't connect to the webstore.

The Webstore only uses your EA Account to sign in. So even if you log in to the game with Facebook or LINE, it’s still possible that a different EA Account is linked there. Please make sure you’re using the same EA Account email in both the game and the Webstore.
