Unable to log into my ea FC mobile account as the game keeps crashing

My game keeps crushing every time I try to log in to my account of goats with an ovr of 120, I first contacted you guys through your email where I was advised to lower the graphics, and make sure I have enough space but as U can c I have over 40GB free space and my graphics were already lowered

Please any form of assistance or help will be highly appreciated
