Can't play H2H matches

For the last 5 days, I have tried to play H2H events like premier league or scouting camp or any H2H event, but I'm not able to play any matches. I can find an opponent, but the game just stays on the loading screen with the team stats forever. The download reaches 100%, and it stays like that forever, until I'm forced to close the game to leave that loading screen. Then, since I left the game I get the lost for that game. I have lost so many rewards like gems, coins and Mascheranos because of this (please check my match record). Also, this doesn't happen in VS rivals, it is only restricted to H2H matches.

Please help. The attached video is a short part of a 10-minute video. This goes for 10+ minutes until I was forced to leave the game. (I'm on a Xiaomi Mi 11)
