Complaint — Possible Pack/Drop-Rate Bug and Account Closure Notice
Dear EA FC Mobile Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue with this season’s pack drops and to request an immediate investigation.
This season I have opened nearly 700 packs. My best single pull rating was 118, and across all these packs I have never received a 119-rated item. By contrast, a teammate opened only 10 packs and received two 120-rated Mbappé cards. This discrepancy is not explainable by simple luck and strongly suggests a potential bug or an error in the drop-rate implementation.
I have been a loyal customer willing to spend significant amounts on the game. However, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. If this issue is not addressed promptly and transparently, I will be forced to close my EA account and cease further purchases.
