crash app

Today, I play the game and i already exchanged 3000 gems for songkran event which is the card is untradeable. But the app crashed, and I relogin, after that I checked my 3000 gems gone, but I didnt get the player. It's unfair. Please advise. Waiting for your feedback, thanks
