Daily session reward missing FC mobile

I open session every day on FC mobile but rewards are stuck on 7 days. That's keeping me from earning Pelé as a reward. What can be done?

Same problem with my game also. I would like to claim that Mascherano and Pele. Fix this to have the opportunity to claim it.
