Technical issue playgame

I have an technical issue when my players had a clear goal opportunity most of the times it pass backwards without input any command to do so. I al ready repoort to client service but EA technician just dont care i need help

    Hey 97b89x9v5h7z​, thank you for your report. Have you already tried changing any of the gameplay settings to see how they impact your game? Try different options for a while, and then reset them back to default to compare the results. Here are some settings you can try:

    • Go to Settings -  Graphics, set FrameRate and use Standard, and save. Then go to Settings -  Gameplay, turn Auto Pass and Auto Shoot off, save, and switch FrameRate back to High afterward. This is the most specific fix reported by another FC Mobile player for auto-passing.
    • Test a few matches with autoplay off and keep steady contact with the joystick
    • If it still happens, clear the FC Mobile app cache and try lowering or changing display settings before testing again.

    I already done that normally i use manual serttings i change it to auto and clear caché and still the trouble and EA dosent care in client support they dont do anything
