Have you all checked your in game inbox for the weekly reward?
Have you restarted the game? Sometimes there are delays, have you checked your inbox etc?
I also have this situation. I get the three mods (VSA HTH MNM)weekly rewards this afternoon. But the Gems rewards are not in my account. I need some help. Thank you!

I didn't get them either, I noticed my son 'did' get them and I joined his league a while ago, we had similiar activity points the past week and the league got promoted.
