Disappointed with pack rewards and shard dependency

No matter how many resources and how much money I invest in packs, I keep receiving the lowest OVR players. Because of this, I’m constantly forced to use my shards to acquire the players I desire.

it’s simply not fair at all. Dedicated players should feel rewarded for their investment, not punished.

I hope the team can review my pack probabilities and make the experience more balanced.
