EA Account overwritten (FC Mobile)

So basically , I was logging into my other fc mobile account (through EA) , and when i did the part it showed me my friends account(I had let him use my account before). And somehow now our account (His account) has also been binded to my gmail , making my original account not being there for login. At first i thought it was a bug so i retired but it kept showing me a different account. Is there anyways to fix this?? Please help me
