Query about the Product

Previously I've shown some of your scripts with screenshots and recordings, so one of your employee just threatened me that he would ban my account. I never posted in this forum since I have installed this program(2016), But now these scripts are getting so rough and well planned. 

Before removing this comment please explain, how could opponent score with a header from outside the box and the power is more than my player's power shot?

Below is the screenshot from where opponent scored. When these kind of scripts would get fixed?
