EA FC 24 MOBILE ACCOUNT PROGRESS MISSING

Question

Hello,I had an account on the mobile game EA FC 24 Mobile named "SupremeLaw47" linked to my google play address. I reinstalled the game today but didn't find my account. I always made sure my progress was saved to the google play address and even before the transition from FIFA 23 mobile to the now EA FC 24 mobile. I had to play the tutorial again and still can't find my progress from before. I kindly ask for assistance recovering my account and progress. Here are some of my details related to the game:&nbsp;In Game Name: SupremeLaw47Mobile Phone: Samsung A13Time spent on game: 1 week (From the release of FC 24 Mobile)&nbsp;If I have missed&nbsp;anything please let me know. @supremelaw47  that is a screen shot from FIFA Mobile before the transition to the new season - when the new season started all your progress was reset.

I took that because it had my ID from fifa mobile 23. I thought it would help. Again i already played EA FC 24 and i had my progress saved on my google play account. I even had tokens and a player from the FOUNDERS PROMO in FC 24 mobile. The issue here is that when i reinstalled the game i couldn't get my account from the google play account and i had to play the tutorial over again even though i did that before when FC 24 mobile released.
