Game disconnect while playing

Whenever I play a game, the network of the game becomes slow as if I am playing head to head, but after turning on hatred, it will run fine for 10 seconds, after that again there will be network problem. My location is Howrah in India. Please solve it. My some friend delete the game for this reason
