Hello, I'm trying to log in to my FC mobile account but when I try to log in it says my in game age and email age don't match and when I try to change it on browser it says I need to contact EA but they won't help me at all and tell me it's a big, please I need help to get my account back.
Community ManagerHey u07of26zi84m If you’re not able to change your date of birth on your side, you’ll need to contact Support so they can verify your account and review it for you. I know it can feel like a loop, but we can’t change DOB details from the forums.
Please double-check that all your account information is correct, then submit a case through the in-game support option.
Same problem is happening with me since last 2 days
