I am writing regarding the suspension of my EA SPORTS FC Mobile account. The suspension is tied to the User ID. I understand my account was suspended because I mistakenly used a hack version of the game. I acknowledge that I have violated EA's User Agreement, and I take full responsibility for my actions. The suspension details are: Error Code 0x00102710 and 647 hours duration. I understand that hacking or cheating is completely against the principles of a fair gameplay environment. I have learned from this mistake and firmly commit that, in the future, I will never, under any circumstances, use any form of third-party software or hack in any EA game.
