Ea fc mobile Dembele not performing well

I have a Dembele 122 Ovr card having this much upgraded and maximising his full potential although his skills are showing upgraded but it's seems like the player has been downgraded as its not showing the pace shooting etc that I have upgraded on the pitch..

So I request EA to please fix this calibrate your programs.
