EA not answering my emails and appeals

I am playing this game for many years now, and suddenly when I tried to open the game it wouldn't let me cause I was suspended. I am pretty sure I didn't do anything wrong or against EA rules. I ve sent appeals and emails but nobody is answering. I feel like I am being ghosted from a game that not only I have spent many hours, but also some money. The whole situation really disappointed me. Is there a way to get a clear explanation why I was suspended, or at least get something like an answer?!
