Where are you redeeming the code? On your mobile, tablet, or PC? Grab a screenshot showing the acknowledgement, then log in to the game and screenshot the notifications where the content did not arrive. After that, raise a ticket with the helpdesk via the in-game menu stating the missing content. Also include what maintenance or troubleshooting you did with the browsers on the device where you accessed the redeem website.
