Shame on you. Until now, the game does not want to work. I deleted the game more than 6 times, and the message “Sorry, an unknown error occurred [10003]” still appears

أنا لاعب قديم في لعبتكم الرائعة منذ أكثر من 6 سنوات، وكنت ألعب بالحساب التالي:
اسم الحساب داخل اللعبة: MIDO
User ID: 375892713448607744
البريد المرتبط: [edit: email address removed]
منذ آخر تحديث للعبة، وأثناء تعديل التشكيلة، توقفت اللعبة فجأة. بعد ذلك حاولت الدخول مرات عديدة، لكن تظهر لي رسالة تقول:
"عذرًا، حدث خطأ غير معروف[10003] بسبب الاتصال بالإنترنت."
مع العلم أن:
الإنترنت لدي ثابت وسريع جداً.
جربت الدخول من حساب جديد، واللعبة تعمل بشكل طبيعي، مما يعني أن المشكلة تخص حسابي الأساسي فقط.
كنت مشترك في الحدث الحالي منذ بدايته، وجمعت أكثر من 3180 توكن من أجل شراء لاعبين مهمين.
أرجو منكم التحقق من حسابي بأسرع وقت، واستعادته دون فقدان البيانات، لأنني قضيت فيه سنوات من اللعب والتطوير.
لم أستخدم أي أدوات غش أو أي شيء مخالف لقوانين اللعب.
