Thanks for the translation! To confirm are you trying to play the beta of FC Mobile, or should you be in the normal game app?
If so, can we try the steps in our article; Troubleshooting on iOS

The normal game.
I tried these steps. I can download and open other apps, but I tried another EA sports app (ufc2) and that gives the same error.

Thanks for trying to help.
I decided to take a more drastic approach and did a full reset of the iPad and reinstalled with a new Apple ID.
Lost the game progress, but was able to download and start over.

Did you have your game backed up with an account? If so you should be able to recover progress.
