Error Receive Rewards from League Tournament

It's been almost a week, every time i receive a gems from the league tournament it didn't increase my gems. I've tried re-login in, but the error still persist. 
what else should i do?

    We don't receive gems from league tournament, we receive gems from the league leaderboard.. After winning a league tournament you only get league tokens not gems..

    Still empty w/o any of prize information

    After claim rewards gems still didn't increase
