I have made a purchase of a star pass, the payment was successful, the star pass transaction in the game failed, please help.

Same problem no operator help me

Hey there. Please make sure to restart your device and allow some time after making a purchase. If your Google Play wallet transactions show as completed, feel free to gather proof of purchase as explained on our website and reach out to our team using the in-game Customer Service tab.
It would be great if someone will help me in the in-game customer service but I already talked with operators asking for proof of purchase but after I give it to them I had no response until the day after… when a different operator just ask me for proof of purchases… already done 3 times but still no answer
