FC Mobile 24.0.03 on Ipad 9 running IOS 18.3.1 - crashes

My son is having the same problem - iPad 9th gen, iOS 18.3.1

He has a guest account, so uninstalling and reinstalling is not an option due to the money we have spent on this game. We’ve also tried all the suggested fixes, but to no avail.

It crashes every time he loads into a game.

Surely there’s a fix EA? (please and thanks!)
