FC Mobile 24.0.03 on Ipad 9 running IOS 18.3.1 - crashes

Question

Since the latest update to FC mobile 24.0.03 it consistently crashes as soon as you attempt to actually start a match. I've re-installed it twice - linked to my EA account from the IPAD. I've tried default recommended settings and turning all settings down to minimal. I've even tried clearing the safari browser cache (which is in the recommended troubleshooting). What that is expected to achieve I've no idea! In summary this latest update has broken the IOS version of the app (at least on this particular configuration).

It seems from reading the threads on here I am not alone.

Please fix this. I've spent a small fortune on content within the game and this issue is now preventing me from accessing it.

If there is a way to provide debug data which I am able to attach please provide the steps and I'll be happy to provide the output.

My son is having the same problem - iPad 9th gen, iOS 18.3.1

He has a guest account, so uninstalling and reinstalling is not an option due to the money we have spent on this game. We’ve also tried all the suggested fixes, but to no avail.

It crashes every time he loads into a game.

Surely there’s a fix EA? (please and thanks!)

Same been happening to me for a while since February Ea needs to fix this crashing but honestly I suggest making a ea account so you can delete the game and you can login&nbsp;
