FC Mobile 26 – Not compatible on Lenovo Tab M11

Just following up on this issue — it has now been 9 days without any official response.

Since EA Help has already confirmed that the problem is not hardware-related and appears to be a Play Store device-compatibility regression introduced after Update 26, this really needs review from the team that manages the Play Console device filters.

Several users on the same Lenovo Tab M11 model are affected.

Could this be acknowledged or forwarded for investigation?

adriano_7077 The issue is still active. FC Mobile was fully compatible with the Lenovo Tab M11 (TB330FU) before Update 26, and right after that update the Play Store began showing "This device is not compatible".
The tablet supports Vulkan 1.3 / OpenGL ES 3.2, meets all listed requirements, and multiple users here have confirmed the same regression.
One user also installed the APK manually and the game runs normally, which strongly suggests a Play Console device-exclusion case rather than a hardware limitation.

I encounter problem again after updates came out for fc mobile 26, it can't be downloaded for Lenovo tab M11.

After the latest Play Store update, the issue remains unchanged.

Lenovo Tab M11 (TB330FU) is still marked as “not compatible”.

The APK continues to install and run normally when sideloaded, which confirms there is no hardware or API limitation on the device.

Multiple users have reported the same behavior after recent updates, so this appears to be an ongoing regression in Play Store device compatibility.
