Hello EA team,I would like to report a 60 FPS availability issue on my TECNO Spark 20 Pro (KJ6)
Device specifications:
- TECNO Spark 20 Pro (KJ6)
- MediaTek Helio G99 (MT6789)
- Mali-G57 MC2 GPU
- 12 GB RAM
- 120 Hz display
- 1080 × 2460 resolution
- Android 13
- HiOS 13.5
FC Mobile currently runs at a maximum of 30 FPS on my device, and the 60 FPS option is not available.
According to EA's FC Mobile system requirements, the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU is not listed among the unsupported GPU models. EA also states that most devices support 60 FPS.
My device has a 120 Hz display and a Helio G99 with Mali-G57 MC2, but FC Mobile does not provide the 60 FPS option.
Could you please clarify whether the TECNO Spark 20 Pro is intentionally limited to 30 FPS, or whether this is a device optimization/profile issue?
I would appreciate it if the TECNO Spark 20 Pro / Helio G99 + Mali-G57 MC2 combination could be evaluated for 60 FPS support in a future update.
