Hello EA Support,

I’m experiencing multiple issues with FC Mobile on my device.

Device: IPHONE 15 PRO MAX

Model: MU773ZD/A

iOS version: 26.5.2

  1. Frame Rate option limitation

My device does not get the higher Frame Rate options in FC Mobile. However, I have seen lower-spec/older devices that are able to use higher frame-rate settings.

This seems inconsistent because my device has a 120Hz display, yet FC Mobile only provides limited Frame Rate options. Please check whether my device has been incorrectly restricted or not properly recognized by the game i don’t have an ultra frame rate setting on my graphics settings.

Please check whether my device is being incorrectly classified by FC Mobile and whether these restrictions are caused by a device compatibility/profile issue or a bug.

I would appreciate it if you could enable the appropriate Frame Rate and Haptic options for my device, if supported.
