FC Mobile account lost after clearing app data – account linking issue

Hello EA Community,

I am facing an account recovery and account linking issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

After clearing the app data on my device, my original FC Mobile account was lost and the game automatically linked to a different account. Since then, I have not been able to access my original account.

I previously contacted EA Support and opened a case. The agent informed me that, due to security reasons, they could not make changes at that time and advised me to wait and contact support again later.

Please note that the account BaNaing007 is my secondary account, which I am currently using only to contact customer support. It is NOT my original FC Mobile account.

My original FC Mobile account is still visible in my league, and I remember detailed information such as:

UID

Current and previous in-game names

Players owned (including recent exchanges)

Exchange token balance

Recent Star Scout pulls

This makes me believe the account is not deleted, but only incorrectly linked.

I would like to know:

Is this a known account linking issue after clearing app data?

What is the correct process to recover an FC Mobile account in this situation?

Should I continue waiting or open a new support case under a specific category?

Any guidance or confirmation from EA staff or experienced players would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello, EA_QueenBee​ 

    I have tried contacting support through the in-game Help / Customer Service multiple times.

    However, every time I go there, I am only connected to an automated bot, and I do not get an option to chat with a live agent.

    I follow all the steps, but the system keeps looping back to help articles or bot responses, without allowing me to reach a real support agent.

    Because of this, I am unable to provide my UID and account ownership details to a live agent for verification.

    Could you please advise how I can reach a human agent through in-game support, or escalate my case so it can be reviewed manually?
