Fc mobile keeps crashing after all things tried

I started getting just a black screen when I open the game two days ago...I shut down and opened my phone,I uninstalled and reinstalled the game,my system is updated and my phone is well above the game's requirements. can someone help me please???

Yes sir I did. But nothing worked. I open the game and I get a black screen I keep waiting for nearly 5_10 minute then I'll get " Fc mobile is not responding".

i got the same problem, when load the game it often going black screen and then crash. can you help me?

already clear my cache but it keeps crashing
