I play FC Mobile, and whenever I try to top up on the EA FC Mobile top-up website, I get an error and the purchase doesn't go through. It says something about changing the region or a region-related error. I'll send you a screenshot.

From your description, though, it sounds like this may be related to your account's registered region. If your account was originally created in a different region than the one you're currently trying to make purchases from, you may see region-related errors during the top-up.
