FC point purchase

Dear EA sports officials, I bought 1000FC in-game money, but the money left my account and was not added to the game. I am waiting for help. It has been 24 hours. There is no response. Please help. The money was taken out of the bank account. It is still not in the game. It also appears to be active in the Google Play account.
