Fix H2H loading screen

I have been playing FC Mobile since FIFA Mobile 22 and I have encountered this issue rarely. I have clicked play in H2H and i teamed up against a player called R10 and i was stuck in the loading screen for almost 10 minutes and i closed and reopened the game and i found out that i lost the game 0-5. What is this type of stupid bug or whatever is this? I need my stars back i was one win away from Legendary 1 and now I have to redo Legendary 2 in H2H. I need some sort of compensation for this matter and I hope you will look into it. My in-game id: xXShamilXx and my UID: 437962821308649472
