Fix the delay of the whole game.

Absolutely throughout the game there is a kind of delay, the joystick feels heavy just like the players, since the pitch notes update , the game is horrible , because the opponent's players move fluidly and mine quite the opposite, the funny thing is that the latency indicator , shows a correct value 30-50ms but the game is almost unplayable . Surely this is a server problem, please fix that.
