Formal Complaint Regarding Gameplay Experience and Monetization Structure
I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding ongoing gameplay and system issues that are significantly affecting my experience.
Firstly, I am consistently encountering network error messages during live matches despite using a stable 5G connection. These disruptions are resulting in losses against opponents rated 3–4 OVR lower than my team. The issue appears to occur more frequently when I am close to reaching key progression milestones (such as 10 or 20 stars), which raises concerns about match stability and fairness.
Secondly, the current Draft system no longer feels skill-based or engaging. It now heavily relies on luck mechanics, reducing strategic depth and making progression feel dependent on chance rather than effort.
Additionally, the shift in the in-game economy has negatively impacted long-term engagement. Previously, players could earn shards through consistent play and exchange them for specific rewards, with luck-based elements such as gem packs and extra-time packs serving as optional enhancements. Currently, most events and side activities require Gems, the same premium currency used for main progression, creating a system that feels overly monetized and less rewarding for dedicated players.
I understand the importance of monetization in maintaining and developing the game. However, excessive reliance on premium currency and luck-based mechanics risks diminishing player satisfaction and long-term loyalty—especially in a competitive market.
I respectfully request that the network issues be investigated and that player feedback regarding progression balance and monetization structure be seriously considered.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
Sincerely
