Future stars and Futball Center glitch

What to do with not counting Hat-Trick with Mastantuono? I already did it 20 times and i cant progress at all … i cant come to this match where i need to do 3 assists with him. Any solutions for this glitch and when you will fix counting in future stars scouting quest? And will anyone fix not reseting of football center this week? Please stop with stupid answers copy paste ones we all know its a glitch im already sick of doing step by step from this links that custumer service sending any developer or someone tehnical can say something normal that we dont lose time.
