Game crushed during VSA

Hi

During VSA mode game crushed and my phone restarted automatically in the middle of the match... 

After relaunching the app, another modes (H2H, manager) stop loading at 100%... When I leave the app and start again, matchmaking of course is locked because the matches are on the way, even tho I'm not able to play!!!

What to do?

    Sorry you’re dealing with this.

    I’d start with these checks:

    1. Fully restart the phone once more and close any unnecessary apps running in the background.
    2. Make sure both FC Mobile and your phone’s operating system are fully updated.
    3. Check that you have enough free storage space available.
    4. Try switching your connection — Wi-Fi to mobile data, or mobile data to Wi-Fi.
    5. If you’re using a VPN, disable it temporarily and test again.

    If the modes are still stopping at 100% afterwards, let us know:

    • your phone model
    • Android/iOS version
    • whether VSA also gets stuck now
    • whether this happens on both Wi-Fi and mobile data
