Game does not load after end of match played

My game does not want to load after a match is played in any and all modes as the music is on in the background and can see the end scene but after the game loads for like a minute or 2 then it's shaded screen and still able to see the Stadium and the flags moving in the crowds but not more i have played maybe a total of 5 to 6 matches in the past 2 days and have had to leave the game and reload each time 

I have tried to delete the game a reinstall but the fault still occurs and have tried to switch oof the phone completely and turn in back on but the fault still occurs

    Hi there. Thanks for explaining what is happening, and I’m sorry you’re having to restart the game after almost every match. Since reinstalling the game and restarting your phone did not help, could you please test the game using a completely different internet connection? For example:

    • If you normally use home Wi-Fi, try mobile data or a hotspot.
    • Where possible, test Wi-Fi supplied by a different internet provider, or mobile data from a different carrier.
    • Restart your router before testing again.
    • Reset network settings on your phone
