Game stuck on loading screen (SACANDO…)

Hello, I’m having a problem with FC Mobile. The game gets stuck on the loading screen after reaching 100%, and it shows the message “SACANDO…”.

I’ve already tried closing the app, restarting the iPhone, switching Wi-Fi networks, and reinstalling the game, but the issue remains. My internet connection is working fine.

I’m attaching a screenshot that shows the problem.

Please, I need a solution as soon as possible so I can play.
