Gems offer completed but not received

I have played Yamato which offers 56,672 gems when reach level 28 in Yamato game. I have reached the required level 28 but not received my gems.

    @k8346crdy4lb Contact customer service in game. Report missing content and they will forward you to third party that should solve your problem
